How long will it take to get my Item? -We ship using standard UPS ground services. Normal ship times, barring bad weather or holidays, will take 2-8 days (west coast: 2-7 days; mid-west: 3-9 days; east coast 5-9 days) . I also can ship usps if item shipping rates are lower. -Usually your item will ship on the same day we receive your payment confirmation from PayPal, unless your order/payment confirmation is received at night or on a weekend in which case, we will ship your item the next business day. -Once an item leaves our facility, we no longer have control over delivery. If you haven't received an item that you've been notified has shipped, please contact UPS (www.ups.com) directly. If UPS loses your package, we will be happy to help AFTER you have received confirmation that UPS can't find your package. -If it's been a few days since completing your ONLINE transaction and you haven't gotten an email notice that your product has shipped, check your Junk Mail/Spam Folder. If the email isn't there, contact us by email and let us know that your payment was processed but you haven't gotten a ship notice. Usually we confirmations arrive immediately, but sometimes they disappear into a blackhole and we have to go get the confirmation manually in order to ship your item.   How can I track my order? -When your order is shipped, you'll get two emails, one from eBay notifying you that your item shipped and one from UPS Worldship containing your tracking number. To save us both time, please check your spam / junk mail folder before contacting us for your tracking number. Please use the tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment at www.ups.com . Please keep in mind that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to show up in your inbox.   Can I request special shipping services or shipping to an alternate address? -Sorry, we are unable to accommodate expedited or private account shipping requests. Can I request a shipping quote or combine my auction purchases? -Shipping costs are fixed, regardless of where you may be located and auctions will not be combined, unless otherwise stated in the listing. We reserve the right to repack multiple winning auctions into a single box for shipping. PAYMENT: Do you charge sales tax? -We must charge 7.75% sales tax to our California customers, IF ITEM SAY SO ONLY.  What payment options do I have? -We accept payment by PayPal ,google, MONEY ORDERS. GIFT WRAPPING SERVICE
Some of our items can be Gift wrapping for package for a small fee of $6. You can select from four different occasions for gift wrapping: Christmas, birthday, anniversary, and bridal. occasion selected. You can also personalize your gift with a To: / From: tag and we will also include a ribbon suited for the occasion. RETURN POLICY
15 Days guarantee exchanges & returns: All returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition as received & must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories if any. Returns/exchanges may be refused if the merchandise doesn't meet the conditions required for returns/exchanges. Merchandise must be unopened. In the event a return or exchange is refused, the merchandise will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. Customer must return all the Items at their expense under all circumstances unless we made a shipping error. Defective items may only be exchanged for same item unless item which is to be exchanged is out of stock or discontinued. Defective items must be returned to us first. We will not ship a replacement unless the defective item has been returned to us. Returns on Free shipping Items: Any order that has a free shipping offer is subject to 40% restocking fees to cover the cost of S&H and processing. For example, if you ordered something which costs $10.00, you may return it for a refund of $6.00. Wrong Address: If customer provided us with an incorrect shipping address and the item comes back to us, we will refund the purchase price only, or item can be re-shipped at nominal shipping charge at customer's expense. S&H will not be refunded. 40% restocking fees will be charged on free shipping items. Please do not forget to include any apartment or floor number. All Sales Final: Due to hygienic & health reasons, some items do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Such items may include - Chic Shaper, Slimming Shapers, Original Looks, Tooth Whitening products, Shoes, Slippers, Pillows of any kind, Mattress, Back Relief Belt, Massagers, Mattress accessories, Hair Removal products, Save A Blade, Shavers, Trimmers, Groomers, Pain sprays, Dietary supplements, Hair straightening Irons, Curling Irons, Beauty products, Health & Personal care products. No returns on any Grass Seeds, Gardening products, books, CD's, or DVD's are allowed once the packaging has been opened. If the CD or DVD you received is defective, we will gladly exchange it for same title. Our returns department will refuse any delivery without the return authorization number. Return authorization number can be obtained by e-mailing customer service. All returns are for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a return authorization number (RA#). Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must include original packaging. Please do not throw away any packaging unless you are sure that you want to keep the item. We will not be able to accept any returns without proper packaging materials. All orders require at least 1-2 business days of processing time regardless of shipping method chosen during checkout. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy All orders need at least 1-2 business days of processing time regardless of shipping method (standard or expedited) chosen during checkout. Expedited shipping is 2-5 business days + 1-2 business days for processing. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method & shipping carrier at time of shipment. Wrong Address : If customer provides us wrong shipping address and item is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price only, or item can be re-shipped at nominal shipping charge at customer's expense. S&H will not be refunded. 40% restocking fees will be charged on free shipping items. Please do not forget to Include any apartment or Floor number. Guaranteed Christmas Delivery : During peak Christmas time, we offer guaranteed Christmas Delivery option to our customers during checkout. We guarantee that you will receive your items by Christmas Day or the difference between standard shipping and Christmas delivery shipping option will be refunded back to customer's credit card. This Guarantee is null and void in full if delay is caused by reason beyond our or shipping carrier's control such as weather conditions, customer provided wrong address, natural disaster or receiver not available to accept the package at time of shipment.   Special Delivery : If you require signature upon delivery, please contact us first as there is an additional charge for this service.   International Customers: International customers are responsible for their countrie's customs, brokerage and duty fees. These are not included in S&H charges. We will not write gift or lower value on customs forms.   When & how will it be shipped? We try our best to ship all products within 24-48 hours of payment received. There may be a possibility that the item you are ordering is currently in huge demand and therefore may be out of stock (extremely rare), in which case we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. In rare cases if we are unable to ship your Item for any reason beyond our control, your will be notified. We use UPS & USPS only. Delivery time can vary anywhere from 2-7 business days for UPS shipments & 2 - 21 Business days or longer in rare cases for USPS shipments as we have no control over them once the item leaves our warehouse. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Certain Items may ship in manufacturer's original packaging which may reveal the contents inside. Item may also be shipped in brown mailer packaging which depends on the item itself.
